Our Divine Download for July 28, 2023 is Nine of Pentacles from The Golden Girls Tarot. In other tarot interpretations this would be considered the nine of coins, nine of earth, nine of Archangel Ariel, and nine of autumn. The Nine of Pentacles is all about finding and enjoying the magic in the little things. Yes, it's okay to want more. Yes, it's okay to not be exactly where you want to be or to have everything that you want to have. But our guidance here is clear: enjoy what you DO have and always be on the lookout for the magic around you, and be willing to embrace and enjoy the luxuries of the little things in life. How do you define life's "little luxuries?" What does that mean to you? How do you prioritize enjoying those little luxuries in your life? How and where do you look for the magic in life? What does magic mean to you at this point in your own life? How we define magic is directly related to how we seek it out and if we find it. Magic doesn't have to be some over the top hocus pocus type theatrical concept. Magic can be a sunrise or a sunset, the morning dew on the grass or flowers, the leaves rustling in the trees, the sound of a bird or other wild life. Magic can be finding signs of connection with the divine. In the same way, the little luxuries that the nine of pentacles is encouraging us to indulge in don't have to be spa days or expensive or time consuming in any way. Literally stopping to smell the flowers can be luxurious. Eating your favorite food or indulging in your favorite dessert can be luxurious. Taking a bubble bath or listening to your favorite music can also be luxuries as well. Luxury is however you define it and right now you're being guided to pay attention to your definitions so that you can experience all of the luxuries and magic that life has in store for you.
