Your Angels are asking you to let go of negative self-judgments and simply enjoy being you. When was the last time that you just enjoyed being you? What does it look like for you to simply accept yourself and enjoy your own company? Your Angels also caution you that you are much, much too hard on yourself. It's okay tohave high standards, but it is also important to view yourself through loving eyes. Berating yourself only makes your spirit sink. Self-improvement comes from a positive mind-set rooted in self-acceptance. Your surface mistakes don't define you and surely do not change the way that your Angels see you. Why do you allow them to change the way you see yourself? Why do you withhold acceptance from yourself? Why do you deny yourself love? Your Angels love you unconditionally and they ask that you love yourself in the same way. What would it look like for you to show yourself more acceptance? What does it mean to you to be more accepting of yourself? Don't look to others or any outside sources for a foundation upon which to base your self acceptance. Look at yourself through the unconditionally loving eyes of your Angels. There you will see yourself in your spiritual truth.
