Our Divine Download for February 18, 2023 is Peace of Mind from the Healing With the Fairies Oracle Cards. We all say that we want peace in our lives. Who wouldn't? But often we don't realize or fully connect with the idea that peace is a state of mind. Our state of mind. Peace is a choice. Our choice. There is a famous quote (author unknown) "Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart." There's always going to be shit going on in our lives. Our to-do lists are always going to be longer than there are hours in a day. There's always going to be conflict within the world, within our worlds. But we get to choose how we react to it. We get to choose whether we breathe through it and maintain our inner calm within our hearts, or we get to choose to let it be conditional on our life circumstances in which case it will always surely remain unobtainable. Peace was never meant to be conditional. But we allow it to be, we force it to be so when we make statements like "I'll know peace when..." "I could just be happy if..." There is no if and when with true peace. Peace is here for you now. But you must set the intention, make the commitment, and do whatever you have to do in order to cultivate peace in your own mind and in your own environment. The fairy on this card is shown out doors, surrounded by the lush greenery of nature. Nature is one of the most efficient and effective paths towards peace. Allow nature to support you on your own peace path and with your personal peace plan.
